Roger Barker is the Professor of Clinical Neuroscience at the University of Cambridge and Honorary Consultant in Neurology at Addenbrooke's Hospital Cambridge. He trained in Oxford and London and undertook a PhD in Cambridge on neural repair. He works on better defining the heterogeneity of Parkinson's and Huntington's disease and its basis with the aim of better matching experimental therapies to patient sub groups. He has undertaken cell and gene based trials in both these diseases.
